Welcome to my blog! This site has been designed for you, the buyer or seller of Rhode Island real estate, to have a one stop site where you can get all of the Rhode Island real estate information you need.
From all MLS listed properties to school reports, to city and town information – even where to eat – it is all here. In fact, I can send you daily MLS search updates designed specifically for what you are looking for. Just go to the RI Resources page for all of this.
I am very fortunate to be associated with one of RI’s most successful and respected privately owned companies – Residential Properties Ltd. I began my career in 1999 here and genuinely appreciate the team effort this company puts forth. While we have six offices throughout the state, we are not a franchise operation. One person owns the the whole show. I not only sell real estate here, but also manage the training for all of the agents. I am on the Board of Directors for the Providence Board of Realtors. Additionally I am a member of that board’s Grievance Committee, where we act on ethics violations brought against Realtors.
The single most important thing in my career is the relationship I have with my clients both past and present. They are the true measure of my success. Their respect, good wishes and referrals keep me striving forward. I posted some comments here on a Testimonials Page. Again, I want to thank them for what I have accomplished to this point, and what I look forward to achieving in the future.
Growing my career with Residential Properties Ltd. has afforded me some opportunities to share with the public my real estate knowledge. Alongside the owner of Residential Properties, Sally Lapides, I co-host our weekly radio show heard on 920 WHJJ AM Sundays at 10:00 AM.
I am one of the three Rhode Island Realtors to participate in HGTV’s hit television series “My House is Worth What?”. Filming for the third season just wrapped and you can see portions of the episodes on the HGTV / Video page. Thanks for visiting my little corner of the web and please feel free to contact me if there is anything I can do to assist you.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Rich Epstein
